On November 14 2011 we contacted Dalibor about a dog he was advertizing on the pedigree database. The dog is Eta z Klídkova dvora.
We came to an agreement on her price and he said he would ship her on Dec. 5th.
He sent us his bank info to wire the money. We sent him the money and he received it on November 26th.
All was going well............. then he emailed he has to work on Dec. 5th and will send her on Dec. 12th.
We said ok and waited, on Dec. 11th he emails and says he is sick and can not send the dog until January.
We ask him to send the dog within the next week or refund our money. Now we are not able to reach him by phone or email. He has our money and we still do not have the dog.
 
So now it is January and he said he would send the dog on Monday, but still NO DOG
 
We have now talked to some of our friends in Belgium, Czech and Slovak only to find out that they also have found Dalidor to not be honest and not good to do business with.
 
You are welcome to read all of the emails below and make your own decision.

Two day ago I ask you what is the reason to wait with the  shipping of Eta and you have not answered me?  before we sent you the money for her we would get emails right back if we asked you a question.  Now that you have been paid for her we can not get you to give us an answers.  This is not a good way to do bussiness.  We need to hear form you :
When will you send Eta?
Have you sent for her export pedigree, as we have paid for her on November 26th you should already have sent to change her name to us.

Why will you not answer on phone calls.

Yes we would use Tom vom Haus Pixner first then maybe later to Esko.  Do you think it would be a good mating with Tom or would Esko be better? Who is she registered with?  If it is the SV we would need an AKC Bescheinigung, any other we would need an export pedigree. Can you do that for us?
